Philadelphia Eagles defensive tackle Jalen Carter is out for Monday night’s game against the Los Angeles Chargers after undergoing procedures this past Monday on both shoulders, sources told ESPN’s Adam Schefter on Thursday.
Carter is undergoing treatment on both shoulders and is considered week-to-week to return.
He wanted to be as close to 100% as possible for the playoff run, the sources told Schefter.
